Turns out Titan, the company manufacturing indestructible cameras, isn’t as successful in safes.
When we talk about “safe cracking,” you’d normally think of burglars and locksmiths meticulously breaking into vaults and small locked boxes. Well, that’s still technically true, just not in the way you’d expect.
Titan’s latest line of safes has proven to be remarkably fragile, with the company recalling the entire batch. Due to a production flaw in their new “super safe solid steel,” the safes have a rather embarrassing defect: they crack wide open with a simple turn of the knob. Apparently, the vibrations from the knob itself cause the whole thing to snap in half.
As for Titan’s future? Looking at their stock projections, let’s just say things aren’t looking very… safe.
