In what some are calling corporate bullying, others an act of love, customers have started sporting shark themed merchandise in a celebration at Gold & Sharke’s recent insurance offerings – and the bank isn’t liking it.
A PR spokesperson for Gold & Sharke has warned that anyone wearing “mocking” shark attire might be asked to leave their locations.
One woman (pictured above) said she borrowed a shark mask from an Irish friend to join in on the fun. She was baffled when she was asked to leave.
“I’m offended, and I’m taking my shark business elsewhere”, she said in a phone call with our editors.
“I’m a respectable woman, and should be treated as such”, she continues.
Gold & Sharke’s HR representative was less than sympathetic, branding the woman “a shark-obsessed lunatic” and suggested she “go shark herself.”
The PR catastrophe has been anything but golden for Gold & Sharke, with stock prices beginning to sink as the bank struggles to contain the chaos.
