Earlier in the year, Mr Harkin sued NY State for supposed antitrust violations. Now, his case is making headway in the courts.
Mr Clayton Harkin, the admitted drug dealer who sued the State of NY earlier in the year, has won the first part of his legal action claiming that OzyDrone painkillers violated antitrust laws. OzyDrone painkillers gained a massive market share in the past two years with their competitive prices and reportedly effective product. Mr. Harkin claims in his suit that OzyDrone parent company, Glumella Medical, is purposefully attempting to corner the market while allowing a surplus of stock to overflow the black market, allegedly cutting into Mr. Harkin’s profits.
While this is only the first step for Mr. Harkin, legal experts caution that this ruling could have far-reaching consequences for business in the state going forward.
